We are looking for a Head of Sales and Partnerships to join our new and growing cybersecurity services team. You will have a chance to promote and sell our cyber security services to a wide range of customers together with a highly skilled team of specialists.
Head of Sales and Partnerships for Cybersecurity
Tallinn or Tartu
Your main responsibilities will be:
Leading, coordinating, managing and evaluating partnerships and sales;
Identifying and evaluating leads, converting them into sales opportunities and closing deals;
Building, maintaining and nurturing long-lasting international customer relationships;
Continuously researching the market and competition;
Supporting marketing activities, including creation of marketing plan and materials;
Identifying and understanding customer needs and tailoring the service offerings accordingly;
Writing bids for tenders, reports and other documents as needed;
Consult customers regarding cybersecurity services.
As a successful candidate you must have:
Proven track record of successful customer relationship management and sales;
Strong business sense and solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills;
Ability to work independently and take initiative;
Excellent communication and presentation skills;
Ability to “translate” complex technical offerings for non-technical people and adjust your presentations according to the audience;
High level of responsibility and systematic approach to your work;
Higher education (or in acquisition);
Very good spoken and written Estonian and English;
Readiness to travel;
Enthusiasm for cyber security;
Excellent speaking skills;
Good writing skills;
Ambition and organizational skills.
