We are currently looking for an UXP Project Manager to a project for Ukraine.

Ukraine is one of the biggest countries where UXP has been deployed so far. Called Trembita, the platform is already the country’s digital backbone for e-governance and e-services and connects more than 100 authorities across the country. We are looking for a person who will lead our efforts to develop new generation of Trembita system. This is a unique opportunity to help Ukraine with digitization in these unstable times.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Project-based sales and development work, preparing offers

  • Project deliveries according to the schedule and budget

  • Writing reports and keeping the project documentation up-to-date

  • Communication with internal and external partners

  • Participating in negotiation with the customers, managing customers’ expectations

  • Leading the project team, organizing their work

As a successful candidate, you must have

  • At least 3 years experience with leading complex IT projects

  • Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Gantt charts, MS Office suite, Jira or similar)

  • High tolerance for routine reporting tasks

  • Very good command of English and good command of Estonian (knowledge of Russian or Ukrainian is a plus);

  • Caring and empathetic attitude toward the team

  • Good communication skills
