Cybernetica’s senior researcher Ahto Buldas receives National Research Award
Cybernetica’s senior researcher Ahto Buldas was announced as winner of the National Research Award for outstanding scientific discovery for his research and development in “The Base Technologies of e-Society”, along with a 50 000 euro prize.
Buldas’ research with attack-proof e-services and the development of time stamping systems has played an integral role in building the critical technologies of e-Estonia. Ahto Buldas is currently a senior researcher at Cybernetica and the professor of the Department of Sodtware Science at Tallinn University of Technology. Buldas is also one of the founders of Guardtime.
