The new version, Trembita 2.0, is still based on Cybernetica’s secure [interoperability](https://cyber.ee/solutions/interoperability) solution [Unified eXchange Platform (UXP)](https://cyber.ee/products/secure-data-exchange) and will include three new important features: implementation of standardised cryptography, multitenancy security server operation model and significant performance enhancements. The solution will be delivered to the Ukrainian authorities at the end of 2024.

Trembita platform was launched in 2019. In 2024, it is foreseen that it will process more than 2 billion transactions, totalling around 5 billion transitions since the time of its inception. Trembita interoperability layer is used as the main government-to-government data exchange tool in Ukraine, including for the provision of services to the renowned DIIA super-app.

Oliver Väärtnõu, CEO of Cybernetica reflected upon the fruitful collaboration with the Ukrainian government through the development of the data interoperability platform Trembita: "We have successfully collaborated with the e-Governance Academy and the Ukrainian authorities since 2017 and over the years our partnership has only become stronger and more mission-oriented. The next phase of the partnership will concentrate on scaling the platform, while also focusing on building the resilience and security of the technology. It is important to us that we remain responsive to the needs of the country."

"The implementation of Trembita based on Cybernetica’s Unified eXchange Platform has enabled to truly accelerate the implementation of Ukraine’s digital transformation process," highlighted Mr Oleksii Vyskub - First Deputy Minister from the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine. “The platform implemented has proved its case for Ukraine. Trembita 2.0 project will further enhance the Ukrainian ecosystem by implementing new features to the platform to better serve the Ukrainian citizens, including via the DIIA app,“ he added.

The primary objective of Trembita 2.0 is to enhance the existing Trembita system by refining core features and local components, ensuring secure electronic interactions. The adoption of standard cryptography in the new system empowers users with advanced options for enhancing their security measures. Multitenancy offers the opportunity for smaller organisations to collaborate by utilising a shared security server in a secure manner, with its management entrusted to a IT organisation. This highly anticipated feature enhances accessibility for a broader range of organisations. Given the continuous development of UXP, the upcoming system is poised to deliver superior performance metrics compared to the current Trembita version.

The upgrade also guarantees compatibility with a variety of electronic trust services and seamless integration with the Cybernetica’s Personal Data Access Monitoring Subsystem that will go live in Ukraine in the first part of 2024. The latter system allows Ukrainian citizens to keep an eye on how their data is used by different governmental authorities.
"The implementation of Trembita based on Cybernetica’s Unified eXchange Platform has enabled to truly accelerate the implementation of Ukraine’s digital transformation process.","Oleksii Vyskub","First Deputy Minister from the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine
"eqi4pubc9j46g9g0v8x9jwfh","/uploads/maksym_diachenko_xkf_W_Hbjl_Kh_I_unsplash_b5ec78384a.png","Pixellated image of Kyiv",4000,2000
".png","/uploads/large_maksym_diachenko_xkf_W_Hbjl_Kh_I_unsplash_b5ec78384a.png","large_maksym_diachenko_xkf_W_Hbjl_Kh_I_unsplash_b5ec78384a","image/png","large_maksym-diachenko-xkfWHbjlKhI-unsplash.png",998.82,1000,500
"/uploads/small_maksym_diachenko_xkf_W_Hbjl_Kh_I_unsplash_b5ec78384a.png","small_maksym_diachenko_xkf_W_Hbjl_Kh_I_unsplash_b5ec78384a","small_maksym-diachenko-xkfWHbjlKhI-unsplash.png",309.26,250
"/uploads/medium_maksym_diachenko_xkf_W_Hbjl_Kh_I_unsplash_b5ec78384a.png","medium_maksym_diachenko_xkf_W_Hbjl_Kh_I_unsplash_b5ec78384a","medium_maksym-diachenko-xkfWHbjlKhI-unsplash.png",623.38,750,375
"/uploads/xlarge_maksym_diachenko_xkf_W_Hbjl_Kh_I_unsplash_b5ec78384a.png","xlarge_maksym_diachenko_xkf_W_Hbjl_Kh_I_unsplash_b5ec78384a","xlarge_maksym-diachenko-xkfWHbjlKhI-unsplash.png",3029.8,1920,960
"/uploads/xsmall_maksym_diachenko_xkf_W_Hbjl_Kh_I_unsplash_b5ec78384a.png","xsmall_maksym_diachenko_xkf_W_Hbjl_Kh_I_unsplash_b5ec78384a","xsmall_maksym-diachenko-xkfWHbjlKhI-unsplash.png",6.28,64,32
"/uploads/thumbnail_maksym_diachenko_xkf_W_Hbjl_Kh_I_unsplash_b5ec78384a.png","thumbnail_maksym_diachenko_xkf_W_Hbjl_Kh_I_unsplash_b5ec78384a","thumbnail_maksym-diachenko-xkfWHbjlKhI-unsplash.png",80.88,245,123
"Government","government
Cybernetica is updating Ukraine's interoperability platform Trembita to a newer version.
