You hope your colleagues judge you by your appearance and your reserved nature to find common traits of how you present yourself. Why is it always so nerve-wrecking? Well, maybe that's not how it goes for you, because we don't know you... yet.\n\nBut we do know a little something about our Junior Business Analyst Lala, a part of our Digital Identity Technologies team. And in case you tend to get worked up about starting a new job, we asked Lala to share her personality traits with the world to make fitting into the Cybernetica team easier for any interested parties.\n\n- How long have you worked at Cybernetica, and at which positions?\n\nI have now worked at Cybernetica for 10 months as a Business Analyst. \n\n- Windows vs Linux vs Mac?\n\nWindows\n\n- What’s your favorite part of the day?\n\nThe first cup of coffee in the morning before the meetings start.\n\n- Team paper notes or team digital notes?\n\nTeam digital notes\n\n- Team morning workout or team evening workout?\n\nTeam evening workout\n\n- Describe your team with 5 keywords\n\nCaffeinated, smart, dynamic, multicultural and amazing\n\n- Describe yourself with 5 keywords\n\nIntrovert, organized, patient, responsible and imaginative \n\n- Does pineapple go on pizza?\n\nGod no!\n\n- What’s the most challenging aspect of your work?\n\nTime difference with some of the clients\n\n- How does your team keep each other motivated?\n\nIn our Digital Identity Technologies department, we hold weekly meetings to discuss progress and celebrate successes, no matter how small. Team-building events also play an essential role in maintaining a positive and energetic work environment. \n\n- What has been the most profound lesson for you at Cybernetica?\n\nThe most profound lesson I've learned at Cybernetica is the importance of adaptability and continuous learning. The digital identity industry evolves rapidly, and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies is crucial.\n\n- The most memorable project\u002Fsituation you had to deal with?\n\nThe most memorable project I worked on was the UAE PASS Assessment which lasted around 6 months. The goal was to provide consultancy services for the European Union Agency for Cybersecurity (ENISA)'s work in electronic identification, digital wallets, and trust services. This project was particularly memorable due to my first opportunity to collaborate with international stakeholders. One of the key challenges was navigating the cultural clash and diverse perspectives on digital identity between European and Middle Eastern stakeholders. The experience enhanced my analytical skills and deepened my understanding of cybersecurity and digital identity systems. \n\n- What changed for you when you became a full-time employee?\n\nTransitioning to a full-time role brought a new level of commitment and engagement. I was entrusted with greater responsibilities and had more influence over project outcomes. This shift also allowed me to develop a deeper connection with my team and understand the broader strategic goals of Cybernetica.\n\n- What would you like to say to your past self as an intern?\n\nI would tell my past self to be more confident and proactive in seeking out learning opportunities. Don’t be afraid to ask questions or take on challenging tasks.\n\n- Is there something Cybernetica has to offer, that no other employer can?\n\nCybernetica offers a unique combination of cutting-edge technology, a collaborative and inclusive culture, and a strong commitment to professional development.
