I am an analyst, which at Cybernetica means I work with requirements, design, and documentation in the software development process.\n\n- Windows vs Linux vs Mac\n\nWindows\n\n- What’s your favourite part of the day?\n\nCrossing off something from my to-do list.\n\n- Team paper notes or team digital notes?\n\nBoth, but I would choose digital notes. Computer notes are easier to store and share.\n\n- Team morning workout or team evening workout?\n\nTeam evening workout\n\n- Describe your team in five keywords\n\nProductive, talented, dedicated, reliable, experienced\n\n- Describe yourself in five keywords\n\nEmpathetic, observant, reliable, diligent, passionate\n\n- Does pineapple go on pizza?\n\nI make thick sheet pan pizza at home, and pineapple is often welcome there. However, I would not put pineapple on Neapolitan-style pizza.\n\n- What’s the most challenging aspect of your work?\n\nFacing a large, vague problem before starting to untangle it is uncomfortable until the first success of the process.\n\n- How does your team keep each other motivated?\n\nBy showing appreciation for the efforts and contributions of team members.\n\n- What has been the most profound lesson for you at Cybernetica?\n\nOne cannot pursue everything at once. It is important to establish priorities and focus.\n\n- What's the most influential project you have worked on?\n\nThe most influential project I have worked on is the Ukrainian interoperability framework Trembita.
