Cybernetica signed a four-year framework agreement with the Estonian Tax and Customs Board and the Information Technology Centre for the Ministry of Finance to develop and maintain various tax, excise, and customs information systems. All such works and services are provided based on the European Commission’s Electronic Customs Multi-Annual Strategic Plan (MASP), local and European Union legislation.
Rudolf Osman, lead of e-tax and customs solutions, notes: “One of Cybernetica's greatest strengths is its skilled team, who has in depth knowledge in the field of customs and extensive experience in the development of the ETCB's information systems. We are glad and honored that Estonian Tax and Customs Board chose to continue to work with us.”
