UXP 1.25: faster onboarding, smarter troubleshooting

Intersection

UXP is recognised as one of the leading open-standard solutions for governments. As a secure peer-to-peer communication layer it is designed specifically for public-sector digital transformation. The latest version of UXP focuses on improving speed, security, and efficiency of data exchange across UXP networks. This release delivers a multi-tenant security server that reduces operational costs and streamlines member onboarding. A new diagnostics tool gives administrators clear, immediate insights into system health to smoothen daily operations.

Multi-tenant security server: join UXP in days, not weeks

Our client feedback tells us that some organisations, especially smaller ones, struggle to join UXP due to the cost and complexity of managing their own security server infrastructure, since they may lack relevant expert knowledge.

UXP 1.25 solves this with a multi-tenancy extension for the security server. Multiple UXP members can use a single security server while keeping their data, activities, and user rights isolated.

Now a parent organisation such as ministry can host its subordinate organisations in its security server, without compromising security or control. Alternatively, a trusted commercial service provider could offer such service. We provide an operation guide so that clients can confidently pick the right setup.

Key benefits of multi-tenancy:

  • No need to hire a system administrator
  • Faster onboarding - skip server setup
  • Data isolation between tenants
  • Clear separation of responsibilities
  • Optional managed support from the server owner

UXP’s multi-tenancy ensures isolation, so members never access each other’s data.

The multi-tenancy feature requires a different form of licensing and can be enabled by Cybernetica. Contact your local Partner or Cybernetica's account manager for further information.

Diagnostics tool – find issues in seconds

Administrators need to confirm the health of a security server, but raw terminal logs take time to scan and understand. Having to collect log data for sending to technical support slows down resolution of issues.
UXP Diagnostics Tool gives a clear, one-click view of your security server’s health right in graphic user interface: last 7 days of logs, sorted by log file and severity.

You can:

  • View errors and warnings in logs
  • View stack traces
  • Export logs
  • Generate a full diagnostics report with one click

This means:

  • More confidence in your system - without command line
  • Faster troubleshooting, less outages
  • Time of resolution of support issues reduced by days
