This summer, we're thrilled to welcome 11 bright young future stars to our Tallinn and Tartu offices!
We received an impressive 359 applications, got back 141 completed test tasks, and held 31 interviews to find our interns. The programme kicked off in Tallinn and here's how it went.
We started the day by getting to know each other, followed by some inspiring intro talks from our team. Martin, our Head of IT, gave a quick session on cyber hygiene. Alari, our IT support specialist (and a former intern himself!), shared some top tips from his own experience. Dan, from our management board, wrapped up the talks with an overview of the exciting work we do here at Cybernetica and what we’re all about.
To end the day, we hit the go-kart track! It was a bit windy, but the fun definitely outweighed the breeze. Martin showed off some serious speed, though two of our new interns weren’t far behind!
