Cybernetica signed an agreement with Chemonics International Inc. (USA) to participate in the Integrated Financial Management System (IFMS) Project in Haiti that is financed by the United States Agency for International Development.
The technology that Cybernetica deploys through the project is the secure and dependable Unified eXchange Platform (UXP). In Haiti Cybernetica will also assist governmental institutions to set up the relevant organizational procedures and will provide in-depth training to the IT-staff of institutions for operating the system.
The solution delivered by Cybernetica is scalable - in the future it will be easy for additional institutions to join the UXP and thus get access to and offer services through the already excising platform.
UXP is the technology that is also empowering the Estonian X-Road framework. Cybernetica has improved the technology in order to maintain it’s state-of-the-art performance.
