Meet Rebeka, our talented Lead Analyst and the well-deserved Employee of the Year 2023! With seven and a half years of experience under her belt, Rebeka has become a key player on our team. - How long have you worked at Cybernetica, and in what positions?
I have been with Cybernetica for seven and a half years. I am an analyst, which at Cybernetica means I work with requirements, design, and documentation in the software development process.

Crossing off something from my to-do list.

Both, but I would choose digital notes. Computer notes are easier to store and share.

- Does pineapple go on pizza?
I make thick sheet pan pizza at home, and pineapple is often welcome there. However, I would not put pineapple on Neapolitan-style pizza.
- What’s the most challenging aspect of your work?
Facing a large, vague problem before starting to untangle it is uncomfortable until the first success of the process.
- How does your team keep each other motivated?
By showing appreciation for the efforts and contributions of team members.
- What has been the most profound lesson for you at Cybernetica?
One cannot pursue everything at once. It is important to establish priorities and focus.
- What's the most influential project you have worked on?
The most influential project I have worked on is the Ukrainian interoperability framework Trembita. I had a small role in the first version when I had just joined Cybernetica, and now we are working on the second version, where I have been involved from the beginning.
