Cybernetica Management Board was formally completed as a three-member team again on April 24, 2014 with Oliver Väärtnõu appointed as the Chairman of the Management Board (CEO) by the Supervisory Board of Cybernetica. Aivar Usk and Rein Haavel shall continue as members of the Management Board.
Oliver assumed the position of the Head of the Information Security Systems Department, largest structural unit of Cybernetica, on February 17, 2014. A brief resume of previous work of Oliver Väärtnõu is provided on the contacts web page.
